​We’re looking for a detail-oriented Payroll Manager to take ownership of the company’s payroll function. In this pivotal role, you’ll ensure accurate and timely processing across weekly and monthly payrolls, working closely with HR and Finance to support a growing, dynamic team. What you’ll be doing as a Payroll Manager

  • Manage end-to-end payroll, ensuring accuracy and compliance

  • Calculate wages, benefits, deductions, and statutory submissions (RTI, P11Ds)

  • Maintain secure payroll records and prepare for audits

  • Collaborate with HR and Finance to resolve queries efficiently

  • Develop and improve payroll policies and processes

Payroll Manager - What we’re looking for

  • CIPP qualified (or equivalent experience) with 5+ years payroll management

  • Experienced in Sage 50 Payroll and Microsoft Office (Excel essential)

  • Strong knowledge of payroll legislation and statutory reporting

  • Highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information

  • Excellent communicator with problem-solving skills

Payroll Manager - What’s on offer
