Your Role Will Include:

  • Managing and processing multiple payrolls (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly)

  • Ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery

  • Handling statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP, etc.)

  • Administering pensions and auto-enrolment

  • Acting as the key contact for client payroll queries

  • Supporting audits, reconciliations, and reporting

  • Keeping up to date with payroll legislation and best practices

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in a payroll environment (bureau experience a bonus)

  • Strong knowledge of PAYE and statutory payments

  • Ability to manage multiple payrolls with precision

  • Proficiency in payroll software, spreadsheets, and journals

  • Excellent communication and client service skills

  • Solid understanding of pensions and auto-enrolment
