Sharp Consultancy are excited to be working with a large independent firm based in Barnsley who are looking to recruit a Payroll Clerk.
The Client, an accountancy practice that is well established and highly rated across the South Yorkshire market are restructuring the payroll team, as a result, they are looking for an ambitious Payroll Clerk who is comfortable carrying out full end to end payroll.

What's on offer:
· £24,000-£26,000 starting salary
· Work from home up to 2 days per week
· Flexible working
· 25 + 8 days annual leave
· On-site parking

Duties and responsibilities:
· Issuing payroll reports & payslips
· Carrying out start to finish payroll
· Reconciling payroll to client data, issuing payroll reports & payslips
· Carrying out bank reconciliation alongside of purchase and sales ledger
· Handling HMRC queries
· Invoicing
· Communicating with clients
