Payroll Assistant

 I’m pleased to share that I’m currently recruiting for a Payroll Assistant on behalf of a well-established manufacturing company based in Rotherham. Due to ongoing success, they are look to add to their existing team. There is a real focus on personal development within this business, therefore this role provides a great opportunity for the appointed candidate to excel within this role, whilst fulfilling an essential role to ensure the continued success of the business.

The individual appointed with support with the end-to-end Payroll process across multiple payrolls (weekly and monthly), which includes over 3000 employees. Thus, the role requires the ability to work effectively under pressure and to deadline, while dealing with high volume of information and data. This will include managing statutory payments and deductions as well starters and leaver. Handling queries will also be a key element.

Following a probationary period of 12 week, 1-2 days working from home is available as well as some flexibility with start/finish times.

Whilst training and ongoing support will be provided, they are looking for someone with prior experience within a Payroll based position.
