The position will be responsible for accounting of overheads for all departments within the company alongside coordinating the preparation of the monthly Management Accounts, Annual Tax and Statutory accounts packs for submission to Group Finance.

The role consists of the below areas of responsibility, with additional opportunities related to projects.
Role Specification:
*Prepare Monthly management accounts - Specific focus will be on Overheads and preparing that all necessary accruals and prepayments are processed on time in line with month end timetable
*Input into monthly forecast (and subsequent review with Finance Director)
*Continuous improvement of process
*Prepare monthly KPI's for the Department.
*Assist with preparation of Annual Budget
*Collaborate and liaise with other departments to refine processes to ensure timely capture of data
*Conduct weekly departmental reviews with Budget holders comparing Actual v Budget v Forecast
*Improve monthly review process with key Budget Holders
*Ensure supplier invoices are processed in a timely manner
*Assist with Annual external audit (including related tax pack information,)
*Preparation of Statutory accounts
*Assist with Ad-Hoc projects as required
*Prepare Month -end Balance Reconciliations for monthly with review
Person Specification:
*You will possess strong IT skills including Excel (pivot tables, Vlookup)
*Have great analytical skills with good attention to detail
*Demonstrative experience of being a team player and a focused individual who is willing to roll up their sleeves
*Be able to work collaboratively with all stakeholders across the business
*Be an excellent communicator who can maintain positive and collaborative relationships
*Have a strong focus on relationship building, teamwork and problem solving
