This UK leading SME growth Investor currently has a rare opportunity for someone to join the business as Porfolio executive, overseeing the West Yorkshire region.
You will work to build close working relationships both internally & externally with business introducers, and service providers, and have the ability to add value to portfolio clients. This will be achieved by building a comprehensive understanding of the portfolio companies' businesses and maintained via routine monitoring and contact. Where investments have been identified as being either at risk, or having significant growth potential, you will be skilled in making concise referrals to the appropriate portfolio team. The postholder shall also have responsibility for the appraisal of any follow-on investment packages.
Strong financial technical skills, a proactive approach and an ability to work in a hands-on manner are essential in this role, as is the ability to build strong board level relationships where you can influence decision making to positive outcomes.
This role is truly a rarity, and likely to suit someone from either a Banking or Professional Practice background.
