Their success has been well documented and has resulted in the need to add one or perhaps two more investment professionals to their Manchester office. Your role will be to source and originate new investment opportunities which you will (with support if needed) executive and finally join the board of the newly acquired businesses.
Predictably you will need extensive transactional advisory experience which may have been acquired in another private equity house or in an advisory capacity within corporate finance, transaction services / due diligence or business / corporate recovery. You will have sound commercial knowledge, be market facing and willing to source new deals and have excellent relationship skills.
