Interim Financial Reporting and Controls Lead

A leading financial services company in West Yorkshire seeks a highly experienced accountant for an initial 6-month interim role, starting October 2022.

The key objective is to support the finance team with the embedding of a new ERP system.

You will support the completion and collation of the documentation of key processes and controls as a result of this new system, working across the Financial Reporting, Financial Control and Cost management teams.

Required skills and experience:

*Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA)
*Knowledge of the financial services sector would be highly advantageous
*Strong process documentation skills
*Understanding of what a good control environment looks like
*Ability to work collaboratively with various stakeholders
*An individual who is able to self-organise, work as part of a project team and lead
a task through to completion
