Fantastic opportunity to work for a profound and extremely well-established company that specialise in the oil and gas sector on the out-skirts of Doncaster. They are looking for an Interim Finance Manager to join the team on a 12-month interim basis.

Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a successful and immensely grown business who are on the search for a Finance Manager to assist with their growth plans as they forecast to expand even further. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract to assist with their productivity plans and development, with the view of a permanent role.

This Finance Manager position consists of the management of the finance team, presenting financial findings to the CEO/CFO and board members, further forecasting and budgeting, as well making key decisions that will positively impact the company's further progression.

This role includes:
-Forecasting and budgeting
-Monthly management accounts
-Making key decisions
-Variance analysis
-Producing reports
-Balance sheet reconciliations
-Bank reconciliations
-Presenting reports to the CEO/CFO and board members
-Managing risk factors and reporting them accordingly
-Managing a finance department
-Consistent checks that accounting standards are being upheld

Skills and experience:
-2 years within a similar role
-Experience of using ERP systems and excel
-Strong communication skills
-The ability to manage a team
-The ability to prioritise and organise
