Job description

  This rapidly expanding niche manufacturer, located in the heart of Leeds, is seeking an experienced Financial Controller to step in while the current post holder leads several critical projects.

Now moving into the second phase of an ambitious 10 year growth plan, the organisation is undergoing significant process and systems transformation. As part of this exciting evolution, they require a hands-on Financial Controller to oversee the day-to-day operations of the finance function.

Working alongside a highly capable team, you will manage the daily running of finance, report directly to the CFO, and help deliver a high-quality service to the wider business.

The ideal candidate will be an accomplished FC who can hit the ground running, head a team confidently, and thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.

You will lead a team of eight and provide ad hoc reporting and analysis to the board as needed. Strong business partnering skills are essential.
