 HR Lead – Driving People Success in Manufacturing

We’re looking for a hands-on HR professional who thrives on making things happen. In this role, you’ll take ownership of our people operations, ensuring everything runs smoothly while shaping an environment where employees feel valued and supported. You’ll be the go-to person for practical HR solutions that keep the business moving forward.

What You’ll Do

  • Create clear, efficient onboarding and exit processes so transitions are seamless.

  • Manage employee benefits and keep them competitive and relevant.

  • Offer sound advice on employee relations—absence, performance, and workplace issues—always with fairness and clarity.

  • Organize training and development programs that help people grow and stay sharp.

  • Lead recruitment and retention efforts to keep the right talent in place.

  • Handle employment documentation—contracts, offers, job descriptions—with precision.

  • Keep HR policies up to date and aligned with current legislation.

  • Produce straightforward HR reports that help us track progress and costs.

  • Maintain accurate employee records, including holidays and personal details.

  • Ensure everything we do meets UK employment law and company standards.
