A long established, successful expanding business has a genuinely exciting opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join them at the start of some major changes in the HR team and the company as a whole. Either CIPD qualified or with working experience, you will be working within a small friendly team for a forward thinking company. The role will involve:
*Managing incoming HR emails and responding accordingly
*Providing first line advice to line managers
*Managing disciplinary cases
*Ensuring relevant data is provided and collated
*Maintaining HR and employee records where applicable
Experience required:
*Experience of disciplinary and grievance procedures
*TUPE and consultation knowledge desirable but not essential
*Efficiency with high volume administrative skills
*Outstanding organisational skills
*IT proficient and a high level of attention to detail
*Demonstrable skills with confidentiality and GDPR adherence
*A real people person and team player
*Professionally assertive but approachable manner with common sense approach
Reporting directly to the HR Manager who has a wealth of knowledge and experience in the HR arena who believes in supporting and mentoring team members as well as openly recognising dedication and a job well done.
