FP&A Analyst

Sharp Consultancy is recruiting an FP&A Analyst on behalf of a growing business. This is an exciting opportunity for an early studier (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) who is analytical, commercially minded, and eager to gain experience in a forward-facing finance role.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and maintain customer fees, reconcile transactions, and perform balance sheet reconciliations

  • Manage CRM updates and support monthly sales forecasts

  • Deliver weekly reporting internally and to international stakeholders

  • Partner with Commercial and Customer Service teams to provide financial insight

  • Analyse data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement

  • Assist with budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial planning

  • Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements

  • Support ad-hoc projects and attend Sales & Operations meetings

 

About You:

  • Early studier (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with aspiration to become qualified

  • Strong communicator with the ability to build relationships across the business

  • Excellent analytical and Excel skills, with high attention to detail

  • Commercially minded, proactive, and solution-focused

  • Confident, enthusiastic, and a team player with a positive “can do” attitude
