We are looking to recruit an ACA Qualified FP&A Analyst to join a PE-backed financial advisory firm. The business offers a range of services including investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax strategies. The business have a number of offices in the UK, so this can be based at any location or fully remote role.

Key Responsibilities:

* Conduct thorough due diligence on potential acquisitions, assessing financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
* Analyse financial statements and data to evaluate the viability of target companies.
* Assist in the valuation of target businesses, developing and maintaining financial models.
* Support the preparation and review of transaction documents, including offer letters and purchase agreements.
* Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth integration of acquired entities.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
* Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders, including potential sellers and advisors.
* Ensure all acquisition activities comply with relevant financial regulations and company policies.

Ideally will be able to demonstrate the below experience:

* Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with a background in practice or experience in Corporate Finance or Transaction Services.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Ability to maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders.
* Excellent presentation and communication skills.
* Capacity to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
