The Opportunity

We’re seeking a Financial Controller to take a lead role in managing the company’s financial operations. You’ll be responsible for producing accurate and timely management accounts, driving budgeting and forecasting processes, and supporting senior leadership with data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions.

You’ll also play a key part in improving financial controls, ensuring stock and costing accuracy, and helping the business optimise its performance across multiple entities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare and consolidate management accounts across UK and international operations.

  • Lead on budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning to support strategic goals.

  • Provide clear financial reporting and analysis to senior leadership.

  • Maintain strong banking relationships and oversee cash flow management.

  • Support process and system improvements, including ERP integration.

  • Tackle challenges such as stock reconciliation and cost control.

  • Potential to develop and lead a small finance team as the role evolves.

About You

You’ll be a qualified accountant (or qualified by experience) with solid management accounts experience and a strong commercial mindset. You’ll take pride in producing accurate data, meeting deadlines, and communicating clearly across teams.
