We are currently recruiting for a dynamic, highly acquisitive, PE-backed financial advisory firm offering a comprehensive range of services including investment management, retirement planning, estate planning, and tax strategies. This is an exciting time to join the business who are hot in the acquisition trail, with a high number of deals done, and a strong pipeline for the remainer of 2024. The role will support the team in conducting financial due diligence, analysing financial data, assisting with valuations, and supporting transaction processes. With multiple offices across the UK, the business provides flexible working options, including the option to work fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform comprehensive due diligence on potential acquisitions, evaluating financial performance, risks, and opportunities.
* Interrogate financial statements and data to assess the viability of target companies.
* Support in valuing target businesses, developing financial models.
* Preparation of transaction documents, including offer letters and purchase agreements.
* Prepare detailed reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
* Communication with key stakeholders, including potential sellers and advisors.
* Ensure all acquisition activities comply with relevant financial regulations and company policies.

Ideally will be able to demonstrate the below experience;

* Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with experience in M&A, Corporate Finance, Transaction Services, or Audit.
* Previous experience in a similar role within a PE-backed or acquisitive business.
* Familiarity with financial regulations and compliance standards related to acquisitions.
* Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
* Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
* Proficiency in financial analysis software and advanced Excel skills.
* Strong analytical and financial modelling skills.
