Our client is a sub £20m T/O business who has successfully circumnavigated a challenging period since 2020 yet has still been able to grow year on year and due to recent investment is now looking at a more dynamic growth strategy and will be looking to grow significantly over the next 3-5 years.
The business has a range of key clients and is a manufacturing solution specialist providing products and support to significant multi-national clients and their products.
*You will report directly into the MD on a daily basis but must be available at all times for senior level reviews and analysis.
*You must have already worked at an FD or HOF level with significant responsibility for performance and leadership of a business.
*You will also manage a small team which includes qualified and non-qualified accountants as well as transactional support.
All applicants must be qualified, and it is essential you can show a strong level of leadership with clear successes at a leadership level in previous roles. Any previous experience of manufacturing or operational exposure in business would be highly advantageous but not necessarily essential.
You must possess strong management and coaching skills, be an excellent communicator and lead with the required gravitas to drive the business at all levels.
