To support this strategic focus, the business is looking to appoint a Finance Business Partner to work closely with senior management. This position plays a critical role in driving daily performance, enhancing client margin growth, and delivering commercial insight through effective P&L management and financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

  • Ensure accurate monthly reconciliations and reporting for revenue, cost of sales, overheads, and Balance Sheet accounts.

  • Collaborate with business leaders to drive performance improvements and proactively identify risks and opportunities.

  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives focused on process automation, efficiency gains, and cash flow forecasting.

  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting, monitoring progress against targets and reporting variances to the operating company.

  • Prepare comprehensive monthly management accounts with insightful commentary to support business decision-making.

  • Coordinate audit preparations and maintain effective communication with auditors throughout the annual audit and statutory reporting process.

Skills/ Experience

  • Partially or fully qualified ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant.

  • Confident and influential in building strong partnerships with Senior Management.

  • Experienced in collaborating with non-finance stakeholders to deliver business results.
