The main duties of this role include:
*Raising customer invoices in Sage Line 200
*Billing customers based on information given by the operations team
*Query resolution, via telephone and email, liasing with the operations team to provide solutions
*Provide information to customers about invoicing position and pricing
*Handling large data sets in Excel
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
*Good knowledge of relevant accounting software
*Excellent IT skills - preferably in Excel (can perform Functions and Pivot Tables)
*Experience of working in a finance team
*Brilliant communication skills and telephone manner
