The main duties of this role will include:
- Complete Purchase Ledger invoice posting and matching processes for multiple sites.
- Prepare weekly banking for paying - in
- Collection or receipt, recording and accounting for all income received
- Check invoices for prepayments and asset register items
- Maintain the Sales Ledger
- Assist the Management Accountant with monthly Bank Reconciliations, Prepayments, Accruals, and month end procedures
Skills and experience:
- Experience of working in a similar Finance Assistant role
- Willingness to learn and develop your skills
- Good organisational skills
- Ability to be punctual and reliable
- Knowledge of Civica Financials Live (Desirable)
