The candidate's responsibilities include:
*Accounts Receivable - Uploading monthly & quarterly sales invoices
*Post & Allocate receipts
*Reconcile intercompany accounts on the Sales Ledger
*Resolving tenant queries
*Post & allocate receipts
*Accounts Payable - Reconcile intercompany Purchase Ledger accounts.
*Managing payments of invoices.
*Treasury& Bank duties monitoring balances & ensuring
*Reporting - Posting of monthly accruals & prepayments
*Maintain fixed asset register.
The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
*Real estate / property experience (preferred not essential)
*Take to a hands-on approach to work, being able to manage your own personal workload.
*Communicate effectively as a team member, strategising ways to improve methods across the team of finance.
*Demonstrating initiative and cooperation in equal measure.
