The main focus of this role is to provide additional accounts support to the office of the organisation working with the Finance Officer, Head of Finance and other Finance Assistants as part of a team.
Working alongside the Finance Manager the duties will include:
* Preparation of sales invoices
* To assist with credit control with all areas of the group and the Clients and Tenants accounts
* To assist with maintenance of room accounts ensuring that payments are being received in a timely manner.
* To assist with preparation of all paperwork relating to offers of rooms, and subsequent issuing of tenancy and residency agreements. Also to ensure that these are returned in a timely manner and kept on tenant/resident files.
* Input supplier invoices onto Sage system; including ensuring that all relevant purchases are supported by a Purchase Order and are signed off according to the HNHA policy.
* Reconciling supplier statements and ensuring that HNHA have received all invoices.
* To assist with the answering of telephone enquiries and / or forwarding on to the relevant member of staff.
Any other tasks as may be necessary to ensure the efficient working of the Finance Team.
