Are you into numbers, details, and making things run smoothly? We’re looking for a Finance Administrator who’s ready to grow their career in a fast-paced, supportive team based in Thornbury.

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be a key part of the finance team, helping keep everything organised and on track. Your day-to-day will include:

  • Handling daily admin tasks to support the team

  • Keeping financial records accurate and up to date

  • Processing invoices and managing payments in and out

  • Helping prepare financial reports

  • Making sure we stick to financial policies and regulations

  • Providing top-notch support to colleagues and external contacts

What You’ll Bring

  • Experience or education in finance/accounting (qualifications are great, but not essential)

  • Strong attention to detail and solid organisational skills

  • Confidence using Microsoft Office, especially Excel

  • Clear communication skills—written and spoken

  • A proactive mindset and a collaborative approach
