The Role:

As an experienced Credit Controller, you will take ownership of the credit control function, ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments and maintaining strong customer relationships.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing and reducing aged debt.

  • Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email.

  • Allocating cash and reconciling customer accounts.

  • Resolving invoice queries efficiently.

  • Producing aged debt reports.

  • Assessing and setting credit limits.

  • Working closely with sales and finance teams.

About You:

  • Highly experienced in Credit Control (essential).

  • Background within manufacturing or similar fast-paced environments (desirable).

  • Strong negotiation and communication skills.

  • Confident managing high-value and high-volume ledgers.

  • Self-motivated with excellent attention to detail.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
