Credit Controller
This sector leading manufacturing and engineering company are recruiting a Credit Controller to join their finance team. This is a privately owned business with an annual turnover exceeding £150m p/a.
Working with a Senior Credit Controller, you will take responsibility for both Credit Control and Sales Ledger duties.

The ledgers comprise multi-currency transactions with a diverse range of businesses. This role involves a high proportion of query resolution and you should have a tenacious approach to ensure these are administered in a timely manner. You will be expected to monitor, reconcile and maintain the ledgers keeping in touch with customers and updating the system. Day-to-day duties include cash allocation, posting of invoices to the system, raising and monitoring applications for payment and any other tasks necessary to ensure clean and accurate sales ledger.

Location: Thurnscoe, Barnsley (office based)
Working hours: Monday to Thursday 8am - 4:30pm, Friday 8am - 2pm (37.5 hours)
33 days holiday per annum (including stat)
AE pension
Non-contractual bonus scheme (6-monthly)

We are looking forward for a candidate with relevant experience. Someone customer focused that has the ability to communicate well, particularly with regard to query resolution. Experience with the construction industry scheme (CIS) is advantageous but not essential.
