Duties will include:
* Managing aged debt
* Telephone based credit control working through a high call volume
* Agreeing collection targets and negotiating payment plans
* Processing and handling payments
* Ensuring that credit notes are processed correctly
* Highlighting problem debts that require escalation and liaising with the Credit Control Manager
* Reconciliation of accounts
Our client is ideally looking to secure the services of a Credit Controller who has previous experience - Ideally having worked in a high-volume environment. Ideally the successful candidate will also have strong Excel skills.
