Their reputation is outstanding and they seek outstanding individuals; you will need to be a qualified Accountant, ACA or CA (ICAEW or ICAS) or ACCA, who has qualified within professional practice and with recent professional practice experience, with an excellent academic background, drive and ambition. Corporate finance experience is not required, those from within audit, corporate restructuring or transaction services / due diligence would certainly be considered, but a desire to excel and build a career to a senior management or partnership position is.
