Therefore, you must be a qualified accountant, ACA or CA (ICAEW or ICAS) or ACCA, having qualified within professional practice and with recent professional practice experience, with an excellent academic background, drive, ambition and commercial nous. Corporate finance experience is not required, those from within audit would certainly be considered, but a desire to excel and build a career to a senior management or partnership position is.
