You will be working directly with the Finance Director and Managing Director who together have grown a successful business spanning over 3 sites. Currently in its second phase of growth, the business is likely to open another site next year.
Reporting to the Finance Director, you will be responsible for:
-The month end process and taking ownership of the Management Accounts, ensuring Balance Sheet reconciliations are completed and reviewed at each month end.
-Providing insights into costs, forecasts, and budget allocations.
-Supporting the year end Audit.
-Balance Sheet reconciliations.
-Regularly reviewing financial processes and looking at system improvements.
-Finance Business Partnering with each of the sites.
-Identifying both risk and opportunities within all aspects of finance.
-Managing Payroll across each of the site.
-Working directly with the Finance Director looking at ways to continuously improve efficiency.
Ideally you will be a CIMA/ACCA/ACA part or fully Qualified Accountant, confident in managing the Companies finances, and being 'hands on' in all aspects of Finance. You will also be strong in excel and a bit of a tech wizard! Software currently being used is QuickBooks.
