Our client is one of the leading names in the West Yorkshire business world and are looking to secure the services of an Assistant Management Accountant to join their team in Wakefield.
This exciting Assistant Management Accountant role is a role that can truly be described as a real elevator role. Our client is looking to support the successful candidate through their studies and offer an outstanding working environment where they can thrive.
Duties will include:
*Delivery of Month end results
*Reporting departmental figures in a timely fashion
*Analysing trends and assisting with key decision making
*Working closely with the business and communicating effectively with non finance staff
*Driving improvement projects and process improvements
*Advising on all matters of financial performance within your business unit
This role will suit a high achieving candidate with good attention to detail. The ability to work on your own initiative is something that or client is particularly keen for the successful candidate to demonstrate. Given the nature of the role then good IT skills including Excel will be a distinct advantage.
The role will be based in the Wakefield office. Extensive measures have been taken to cover Covid19 regulations, and the role will be based at home initially and for the foreseeable future.
