Your duties will include but not be limited to:
*Assisting in preparation of accurate Management Accounts including balance sheet postings, Interco balances, balance sheet reconciliations.
*Maintenance of fixed asset register & depreciation calculation.
*Ensure all bank accounts are reconciled daily & complete monthly reconciliation to nominal.
*Assisting with the preparation of the divisional cash flow forecast.
*Prepare monthly VAT Return, and Intrastats.
*Completion of monthly balance sheet & control account reconciliations.
*Prepare deferred income calculation and reconciliation.
*Prepare office of national statistic's submissions.
*Help to prepare the year-end audit file and tax pack in line with the timetable agreed with the Auditors, Tax Advisers and Group FC.
*Additional ad hoc duties as required
Ideally you will be able to demonstrate the following experience:
*AAT qualified or/and studying towards to be an ACCA/CIMA qualified Accountant.
*Ability to effectively prioritise workload.
*Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
*Excellent Excel skills with the ability to use pivot tables and vlookups.
