Working as part of a large collaborative team, the individual appointed will have a number of duties and responsibilities including:
- Reconciling a high volume of customer payments
- Reviewing unallocated cash
- Processing payments and refunds
- Working to daily targets
- Dealing with incoming queries
The ideal candidate will be driven, a team player, and able to manage their time and work to deadlines while ensuring accuracy.
Customer service skills and experience are also a bonus, but are not required.
