This is a brilliant opportunity for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a small and welcoming team that will look to support and develop your skills further.
Key responsibilities of this role include, but not exclusive to:
* Validating supplier invoices by matching them to approved purchase orders
* Processing invoices onto the system for subsequent payment
* Identifying any potential invoice discrepancies
* Supplier query resolution
* Assisting in the preparation of supplier payments
* Supplier statement reconciliations
* Reviewing systems and processes, suggesting any improvements
* General finance administration duties
The ideal candidate will have the following skills and experience:
* Experience of working in Accounts Payable/Purchase Ledger
* Ability to work in a fast paced environment
* Excellent communication skills
* Strong IT skills (Excel and relevant accountancy software)
* Experience of working in multiple currencies (Desirable)
