My client is a friendly and supportive organisation who are based just outside of Castleford within easy reach of the train station. Due to some recent internal changes they are looking to secure the services of a talented Accounts Payable Clerk.
Duties will include:
* Logging and processing of Purchase Ledger invoices
* Processing Purchase Ledger invoices in line with 3-way match principles (P2P)
* Reconciling supplier statements and request copies of invoices not received
* Open/closing of supplier accounts, maintaining and updating supplier details
* Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries
* Processing employee expenses
* Supporting with other ad-hoc duties in Core Finance as required
To be considered for this role you will have to demonstrate a thorough understanding of Accounts Payable and ideally have worked in a volume processing role previously.
You will also have excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
