Are you a detail-oriented and motivated individual looking to make an impact? Our client, a renowned manufacturer based in Bradford, is on the hunt for a talented Accounts Assistant to join their vibrant team.

What You'll Do:

  • Keep Ledgers Up-to-Date: Ensure all accounting ledgers are current and accurate.

  • Assist with Management Reporting: Play a key role in compiling and circulating the weekly Management Reporting Pack.

  • Sales Invoice Uploads: Manage uploads

  • Supplier Invoices: Code, post, and scan invoices into the ERP system.

  • Reconcile Statements: Keep supplier statements in check.

  • Cash Receipts: Post receipts onto the ERP system and report to colleagues.

  • Bank Reconciliations: Complete daily reconciliations across multiple currencies.

  • Supplier Payments: Produce weekly suggested payment runs.

  • Credit Card Statements: Circulate and post company credit card statements and colleague expenses.

  • Debtor Review Meetings: Prepare reports and attend weekly meetings with the Sales Teams.
