Main Responsibilities for the role will include:
*Purchase Ledger - Matching of invoices to delivery notes and weekly / monthly supplier runs
*Sales Ledger - Raising of invoices, allocating of receipts and credit control
*Bank reconciliations
*Assisting with the preparation of monthly management accounts
*VAT returns
*Quarterly Forecast
*Annual Budgets
*Statutory Accounts preparation
We would be keen to speak to individuals with the following skills/Experience
*Experience in working in a fully rounded accounts role previously is essential
*Exceptional attention to detail
*Confident and pleasant telephone manner
*Excellent organisational skills
*Self-motivated
*Strong time management skills
*Computer Literate (Excellent Excel)
