***Accounts Assistant Vacancy***
I am working with a brilliant business that has recently invested in new premises and stock to deal with the huge demand for their service! The business is part of a larger group of companies which turns over £70m+ a year.
This is a vibrant, fast paced environment that is looking for someone that has plenty of tenacity, likes problem solving and enjoys working as part of a team.
Some of the duties include:
*Undertake Full Accounts to TB for 2 or 3 Small Overseas Companies
oForeign-Currency Transactions (esp US$ / HK$ and EUR)
oIntercompany trade
oInteraction with global companies
*Support and cover for local Accounts team
oSales Ledger
oPurchase Ledger
oBanking
*Support with Production of Quarterly Royalty Reports
*Various Ad Hoc roles as and when required

*Strong Excel Skills (e.g high level formulas, Vlookup & Pivot tables)

The successful candidate will have a degree of flexibility with their working hours (37.5), with some working from home elements as well (Laptop provided).
Salary - £25 - £30k spending on experience
