A new position has become available for an experienced Accounts Assistant to join their small but friendly team on a full time and permanent basis. You will work with a team of 4, working closely with the Company Accountant and the FD.
The main duties of this role will include:
- Maintaining full responsibility for all the Purchase Ledger process
- Processing invoices
- Dealing with supplier queries
- Making payments
- Maintaining full responsibility of the Sales Ledger
- Raising invoices
- Allocating cash receipts
- Credit Control
- Accurately maintaining and processing of a weekly payroll

Skills and experience required:
- Experience working in a similar Accounts Assistant role
- Working well under pressure with the ability to work to deadlines
- Team player
- Confident with problem solving
- Good attention to detail

£25,000 - £30,000
37.5 hours a week (Flexible hours)
