Accounts and Payroll Clerk in Durham

Due to a company restructure a new position for an Accounts and Payroll Clerk is available. Joining a team of five you will specialise in Purchase Ledger, Payroll, and Credit Control but also be involved in month and year end accounts work as well as general office administration.

Duties and Responsibilities will include:

*Purchase Ledger including payment runs
*Sales Ledger including Credit Control
*Weekly and monthly payrolls
*Cash books and bank reconciliations
*Month end accounts and journal postings
*Analysis reporting and assisting the auditors
*Petty cash control and reporting

Ideally you will:

*AAT level 3 qualification or equivalent
*Have both weekly and monthly payroll experience and are up to date with current legislation
*Have Purchase Ledger & Sales Ledger experience
This role is available for an immediate start, ideal candidates will be immediately available or within one week's notice.
