As the practice manager, you will take direct responsibility for the Leeds office's portfolio of clients, preparing accounts and financial statements, income tax returns and providing occasional business tax advice. Although there is a small team to supervise, this is a hands-on role preparing said accounts for the firms' clients. You will need extensive up to date experience working in professional accountancy practice helping clients with accounts preparation and income tax returns and accounting advice. It is not essential that you are a qualified accountant - ACA, ACCA, ICAEW, ICAS - those who are qualified by experience are equally invited to apply.
Though a full time permanent role, there could be flexibility on working hours if required. This is a role with autonomy reporting directly to the owners.
