Hugely successful, international, specialised service provider business based in Leeds currently require a Senior Financial Planning & Analysis professional to join their expanding UK division. Working in a newly created role due to rapid company growth you will be involved in a variety of duties. This is a very entrepreneurial and ambitious business that are wanting likeminded individuals to join their business to play an integral part in their success.

You will take a senior position within the team producing analysis on all areas of the finance function including; profit and loss accounts as well as cash flow forecasts and budget report analysis, alongside presenting financial information to senior stakeholders of the business. You will also assist with the audit procedures within the group ensuring that they meet regulatory standards and suggesting ways of improving processes, however this would be largely in an advisory capacity.

Working closely with the reporting team managers, you will be responsible for:

*Preparing analysis and reviewing reports, commentaries, financial statements, and budgets for the various divisions
*Liaising with senior board members and managerial staff, ensuring finance processes are running smoothly
*Provide monthly reforecasting for senior stakeholders across the business
*Produce and improve annual budgeting process
*Working with the management accountants to ensure financial reporting is up to date and as efficient as possible for each sector and division of the business
*Working directly with the Financial Controller on daily cash flow forecasting
*Working with external audits to ensure completion is both time and cost effective
*Working closely with business partners to supply detailed updates on year end forecasts on a monthly basis.
*Ensuring efficient and accurate production and reporting of accounts
*Taking part and developing major projects
*Controlling and forecasting company income and expenditure
*Liaise with senior stake holders across sales, marketing and IT presenting financial information to none finance areas
*Summary reports produced and presented to senior stakeholders on an adhoc basis

Candidate requirements:

*Hold an accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
*Have excellent communication skills
*Ability to use excel to an advanced level

Ideally you will be a qualified ACCA/CIMA/ACA with the ability to demonstrate strong career achievements to date within a Finance Analyst / Finance Business Partner position with the ambition to develop and manage a team as this role develops withing the business.
