They are looking for an experienced Purchase Ledger Clerk to join their small and friendly team on a full time, permanent basis.
The main duties of this role will include:
- Processing Purchase Invoices
- Supplier Statement Reconciliation
- Supplier Payment Runs
- Invoice Query Resolution
- Ad Hoc Bank Payments
- Supplier Remittances
Skills and experience:
- Experience within a similar Purchase Ledger role
- Good attention to detail
- High level of organisation
- Confident when communicating with internal colleagues and external clients, both written and verbal
- Experience with MS Excel
