We’re working with a respected organisation in Bradford to find an experienced Payroll Administrator for a 6-month fixed-term contract. Payroll Administrator - What you’ll be doing

  • Supporting the end-to-end payroll process across multiple pay cycles

  • Processing starters, leavers, tax codes, and statutory payments (SSP, SMP, etc.)

  • Responding to employee and manager payroll queries

  • Ensuring compliance with internal processes and HMRC requirements

  • Assisting with payroll reporting, reconciliations, and audits

  • Working closely with the HR and finance teams to ensure accurate data flow

 

Payroll Administrator - What we’re looking for

  • Experience in a payroll administration role

  • Proven end-to-end payroll experience

  • Immediate availability to start

  • Working knowledge of UK payroll regulations and statutory requirements

  • Familiar with payroll systems (e.g. Sage, ADP, or similar)

  • Strong organisational skills and high attention to detail

  • Clear communicator with a proactive approach

 

Payroll Administrator - What’s on offer

  • Salary equivalent of £25,000–£27,000 depending on experience
