I'm excited to share that we are recruiting for a PLC organisation comprising of an expanded collaboration of businesses in the manufacturing sector.

The role is for a Payroll Assistant, working as part of a payroll team that provides services for many companies within the group.

There is a Payroll Manager, a supervisor and a couple of assistants for multiple payrolls which comprise over 3000 employees.

There are weekly and monthly payrolls and in is a full end to end in house UK payroll with the use of time and attendance systems.

Your key responsibilities will be to help provide at his end-to-end payroll service to the business. This will include all starters and leavers procedures, processing weekly and monthly Payrolls and all statutory payments and deductions. It will also include resolving appropriate queries for the business and its employees. Additionally, there is assisting the administration of Pension schemes and supporting the annual processes such as P11d's.

We are looking for a candidate with relevant experience and with experience of time and attendance systems.

The role will pay up to £30,000 p/a depending upon experience. The hours of work are Monday - Friday - 37.5 hour per week covering core hours between 8:00am and 5:30pm. This is an office-based role initially, with the potential of a day per week remote working in due course. There are 25 days annual leave plus a host of benefits befitting a PLC business.

The office is in a great location, and is easily accessible across South Yorkshire.
