You will assist the directors of the business identifying potential investment opportunities, managing various elements of the deal process through to completion, assess due diligence and monitor post deal investments.
To be considered you will need to meet a strict set of criteria, you must have qualified with a major national or international firm of accountants and have up to date professional practice experience, including experience in transaction services (due diligence) or corporate recovery. Academically you will be a high achiever with a strong pass record in addition to having first class inter-personal skills, an interest in corporate finance and funding and a wider commercial knowledge.
