The FP&A Manager will be responsible for the development and setup of end-to-end FP&A reporting processes and hold entire responsibility for an effective and efficient rolling forecast process, as well as insight into the variance analysis across the business. This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced Finance Analyst / FP&A Accountant looking to further their career development within the manufacturing industry. This opportunity will provide a fast pace and vast amounts of commercial and operational exposure within the business.
This role will work closely with the Financial Controller and liaise internally with the Senior Management Team and various stakeholders. Therefore, sound communication skills are essential for this role. Previous experience of working within the manufacturing industry is preferable.
Responsibilities will include:
* Development, management and full ownership of rolling forecasting process including commentary
* Full ownership of KPI reporting process
* Management of the annual budgeting process
* Maintenance of strategic planning process
* Provide insight into variance analysis through presentations as required by the business
* Liaise closely with budget holders and wider management team to build a cohesive process.
Person Specification:
* ACA / ACCA / CIMA Qualified (preferable) or Part-Qualified
* Previous Manufacturing experience
* Previous experience of financial modelling (preferable)
