Working closely with the FD this role will involve:
*Production of group Management Accounts and Board Report including updating the latest Forecast
*Cash and cashflow management including detailed forecasting
*Balance Sheet Postings and Reconciliations
*Period End Review and Postings - Intercompany, Journals, Accruals, Prepayments, etc Processing the weekly payment run
*Bank approval of payments
*Processing Payrolls and Payroll submissions
*Quarterly VAT Reconciliations and Returns for
*Processing Year End
*Managing the Year End Audit, dealing with all Audit queries and providing the information required
*Managing a small Finance Team, including covering their main duties when annual leave arises
*Working day to day with the Finance Director and Chief Executive Officer
Ideally you will have :
*Qualified ACCA / CIMA / ACA or equivalent
*Knowledge of Microsoft Office
*Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel
*Previous experience of Sage 200 advantageous
