The role is for a Senior Credit Controller and that encompasses the full accounts receivable remit from customer credit assessments, setting up new customer accounts, chasing for outstanding and overdue monies, allocation of payments, reconciliation of accounts and liaising with solicitors as required. So this is a varied and interesting Credit Control role and it is working as part of a team.
The overall package can be worth £30k+ per year and would breakdown as follows.
Basic Salary £22,289.
+ Individual performance bonus paid monthly (other Senior Credit Controllers are earning between circa £100-£400 p/m, so £1,200-£5000 p/a)
+ Team performance bonus paid monthly (up to £300 p/m so £3,600 p/a, a minimum of 50%-75% is normally achieved)
+ Study support including all course fees, exams, materials etc for those that desire to pursue or continue a relevant qualification (AAT, CICM, etc)
+ Hybrid working (minimum 1-2 days in the office per week)
+ Flexible working hours (37.5 p/w)

The role is based in the Barnsley area, S72.
