Credit Control with Legal
Sharp Consultancy are delighted to be working with a leading manufacturing and distribution business based in Sheffield where there is an opportunity to join a friendly Finance team.
The company is one of Europe's leading manufactures of their products with large clients across the UK. They have a strong presence within their market sector, and they are looking to recruit and individual with experience within credit control and, legal and court procedures.
Role Specification:
-General credit control duties such as debt chasing, query solving and good communication skills
-Work closely with company solicitors to agree settlement figures and meet deadline
-Advise other Credit Controllers on legal debt chasing as well as, advising on solicitor and court procedures
-All other ad-hoc duties
Person Specification:
-Strong, positive attitude and worth ethic, with the ability to stay calm under pressure.
-Good telephone manner to show professionalism and confidence, whilst simultaneously achieving results
-Must understand the Legal debt chase system, including solicitors and court procedures.
-Excellent administration skills and to be able to work pro-actively in a defined team
