The candidate's responsibilities include:
* Allocate receipts to invoices on a timely basis
* Pay invoices from rent accounts monthly
* Raising Pre-commencement and ad-hoc invoices within agreed deadlines
* Issue Customer statements/reminders
* Reconcile the accounts receivable ledgers to ensure that all payments received are accounted for and properly posted.
* Manage cash flow.
* Maximise revenue, mitigate credit risk and minimise bad debt.
* Check customer's credit and approve or deny applications based on company standards and requirements.
* Keep External web-based software updated with customer invoices
* Assist with development within the area
* Pro-Actively chase/resolve allocated accounts for payment

* Show the initiative to manage personal workload as well as acting as a valuable member of the Finance team.
* Key communication skills across the department and business on the whole.
* A strong minded individual able to carry out Credit Control responsibilities with confidence.
* Being an active participant in continuous professional development, up-to date knowledge of relevant accounting, finance and operational matters.
